1. Cancellations & Reschedules
My holiday calendar is completely full this season.
Because of this, reschedules and refunds aren’t available.
If you cancel, the full session fee still applies since the spot can’t be refilled.
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift or transfer your session to a friend or family member.

3. Arrival
Please plan to arrive right at your scheduled appointment time.
Early arrivals can interfere with the clients before you, so waiting until your time helps everything run smoothly.
4. Session Details
We will photograph the exact session/package you booked.
Due to the busy season, wardrobe changes or package add-ons can’t be added the day of.
Each package includes a set number of edits (up to 10 edits).
If you select additional images, those extra edits may be delivered after Christmas.
5. Photo Delivery
Your gallery will be sent from a CloudSpot email address.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or search “CloudSpot.”

Hi there,
Thank you so much for booking your session with me—I’m excited to work with you! To make sure everything goes smoothly and you get the best results, I’ve put together a few quick guidelines to look over before your shoot:
1. Wardrobe, Concepts, & ThemesPlease send me your wardrobe choices, concept, and theme ahead of time (email: photos@bmckenny.com). This helps me plan the right backdrops, props, and color coordination so we can create something amazing together. Last-minute ideas during the session are hard to pull off, so planning in advance is key.
If you’d like, you can also make a Pinterest board with poses, styles, or vibes you love and share it with me. That way we’re on the same page and can bring your vision to life. Need more guidance? You can book a quick $25 phone consultation here: 5–10 Minute Phone Consultation.
2. Arrival TimeFor in-studio sessions, please arrive right at your scheduled time (not earlier). Other clients may still be wrapping up, and your booked time already includes things like light makeup touch-ups, quick hair adjustments, and wardrobe changes.
3. Turnaround TimesYou can see all turnaround times here: FAQs. If you’d like your images faster, expedited delivery is available for an extra fee.
4. Session TypesEach session type is booked separately—so for example, a branding session can’t be combined with a birthday session. If you’d like more than one type, just book them individually.
5. Who Will Be in the SessionPlease let me know in advance exactly who will be included in your photos so I can plan properly and keep us on schedule.
6. On-Location SessionsIf you booked an on-location session, please provide me with the address of the location so I can plan ahead.

Portrait proofing galleries have a 3 to 5 day turnaround unless otherwise noted in our agreement. Event galleries have a 7-10 day turnaround

You will receive your retouched images 10 days following the date you provided us with your top choices. Please allow a 3 to 5 day extension if you add additional edit to your package. We try our best to deliver edits/videos before the 10 day window but please keep in mind that your order(s) are amongst previous orders. *(Expedited orders have a 48 hour turnaround) $150

Yes, we do have a studio available. While finding a location is ultimately the client’s responsibility, we’re here to help if you need guidance. We encourage you to view this portrait session as an investment in yourself and to dedicate time and effort into choosing the perfect location. You’ve hired a great photographer, so let’s make sure every other detail is just as exceptional.

Please note that we book multiple photo sessions each week, so it’s essential to communicate your vision, ideas, and concepts to me ahead of your session to ensure we meet your goals.
We recommend bringing any props or items that complement your theme to make your photoshoot more personalized. While we do not provide or source locations or props, we’re happy to assist if needed. For custom sets, additional fees will apply to cover labor and materials.
After booking, feel free to text reference photos to (601) 530-0463 to help me better understand your vision.
For example, if you’re a realtor, you might want to bring props like a laptop, “Sold” signs, or other real estate-related items to enhance your shoot.

The deposits range fro $150 to $200. Unfortunately the deposit is not refundable. It is in place to ensure that just in case the client cancels, I don’t miss out on what could have been another opportunity for another client to book that time slot.
